School History
Aligarh International School was established in the year 2012 under the aegis of the Society for Social Care and Education, Aligarh (Regn. No. 195250). The conception of AIS was done keeping in mind the need of the present situation of the community which is apparently crippled due to staying away from proper guidance and knowledgeable leadership. AIS has also got recognition by National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions. AIS is willing to join hands with other communities and their stakeholders so that collective efforts can be made towards building a progressive nation.
By the grace of Allah and with the untiring efforts of the staff, school has so far journeyed relying on the faithful strides of peace and harmony and is highly committed to tread the same path in the future. The School has maintained a relatively good academic record and has effectively played its part in imparting the Islamic teachings along with the contemporary curriculum.

Academic Evaluation
The students are supposed to go through an academic evaluation after submission of application form, so that the selected students have the needed potential to progress and meet the learning outcome of curriculum.
Personality Assessment
Admission protocol in AIS ensures that effective measures are taken at the time of enrollment to make the participation of parents the most constructive part of the student’s journey in the School. Therefore, an interaction is held between the candidate, his parents and school authorities.

Our Facilities
an Environment for Students to Grow & Excel
The School provides its students, all the basic facilities, which can easily be budgeted in present infrastructure and monetary resources. It includes conducive, well-furnished classrooms, L.C.Ds in some classrooms for Audio-visual mode of learning, educational games, a variety of teaching aids, conveyance facility, proper clean drinking water etc. A computer lab is maintained for the students to develop their practical hands on computer and technology. Besides this, generator facility is also provided to the class rooms at the time of power cuts. Some creative classes are also being planned for the students by using projector which enhances their curiosity and eagerness towards learning. Classroom monitoring is effectively done by the CCTV cameras by which any irregularity can be easily checked and rectified. AIS has set up a library for the students and they are encouraged to get different kinds of books issued from it for honing their reading skills.
